Is there a free trial?
New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial on the annual plan. Apple charges you when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Eligibility is determined by Apple.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled by Apple.
What happens to my trips if I go back to Free?
They stay viewable. You keep everything you already created. On Free you can own up to 5 non-archived trips — you won’t be able to create new ones until you’re under the limit or upgrade again.
Does the Week Pass renew?
Yes. It’s a weekly auto-renewing subscription. Cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions — at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
How do I subscribe?
Download Travelpin, create an account, and tap Upgrade to Pro in Settings — or save a 6th owned trip to see the paywall. Payment is handled securely by Apple.
Is Family Sharing supported?
Travelpin Pro purchases follow Apple’s Family Sharing rules for the product type. Check the App Store product page and your Apple ID subscription settings for the latest availability.
New phone — will Pro transfer?
Yes. Sign in with the same account and tap Restore Purchases on the paywall. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Week Pass, monthly, and yearly plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
